Nhat An consulting & collection of debts services Co., Ltd. was founded on March 18, 1997, formerly named Nhat An advertisement - services - trade Co.,Ltd. and was renamed Nhat An consulting & collection of debts services co.,ltd. on July 18, 2002.

We are the pioneer granted License on implementing collection of debts services under provisions of law by Investment and Planning Department. Settlement of debt collection under provisions of law is our primary field of action. By six years of operating, our company has been gradually building up a reputation for ourself. Many domestic and international business enterprises have been served with our best services.

To acquire that achievement, human factor is always the main concern of our company. After six years operating, we have a team of 02 lawyers, 05 jurists and 04 legal specialists with much experiences being in charge of implementing services in comparision with a staff of 02 bachelors of laws and 16 employees being responsible for debt collection before.

Our motto is to be quite willing to serve and assist our clients in the best ways.

In early 1998 we signed the contract of collection of debts services with Vietnam Mobile Telecommunication Services Center II (VMS Center II). We have collected 6 billion VND of overdue debt for VMS Center II within 02 years 1998 and 1999.

In early 1999 we have extended our client field to many other enterprises. In 1999 we collected 1.2 billion VND; in 2000: 1.5 billion VND, in 2002 : 2.2 billion VND.

From the beginning up to now we have received 15,000 files, signed contracts of collection of debts services for 12,500 files. Also, we have represented our clients under their authorization to participate in proceedings at authorized Peoples Court for 4,250 cases.
